Since my current credit union here in SC sucks and didn’t approve my loan for reasons, I decided to apply at my old credit union. It was approved. If the car checks out, I’ll be putting a down payment on it on Saturday. After how shitty today was, including the SlowRunner’s actions on the drive home, this news nearly made me cry tears of joy. Looks like I’ll be joining the Miata hype train after all.!

This one in Alabama that I was approved at is actually pretty top notch. My parents have went there for 20+years, and have yet to have a single problem with them. Every other one I’ve dealt with, I tend to agree though. Though, you do have a bias IIRC.

I won’t buy it until next weekend, but me and my Dad are looking at it/putting down a deposit Saturday, but thanks! Next weekend however, I might need a ride depending on how long my parents stay in Alabama.
